I usually have my car inspected and oil changed at the main store, but this time I tried the Holiday Inspection service.

They carefully explained the car's parts, which I don't normally check myself, and also gave me an estimate of the service time, which was very helpful.

I'll definitely stop by again for oil changes and other services.

Thank you very much.

I used their services for repairing the air conditioning in my Freed. In addition to the parts that needed repair, they also found that a slightly weakened fan was one of the causes, provided an estimate based on their explanation, and ordered the parts and performed the repair only after I approved it. It should be a matter of course, but they explained everything thoroughly and only proceeded with the repair after I was satisfied, so I felt at ease leaving it to them. I usually use Car Planning's main store, but I was grateful that Holiday Vehicle Inspection Onomichi, which is close to my home, was able to take over the repair. The female staff at the store are bright and energetic, the male staff are kind and polite, and the maintenance staff are cheerful and humble, so I had a very positive impression of them overall.

This was my first time using Rakuten Vehicle Inspection, and I was very pleased with the smooth process from registration to the actual inspection. Even though it was a last-minute request, I was able to get my inspection done in just one week, which was a great help. My first on-site inspection was fantastic; the explanations were thorough, and the inspection itself only took about an hour. I was very impressed. The receptionist had a lovely smile and explained everything clearly, and I would definitely use their services again. I was also lucky enough to receive a free gift as part of a current campaign!
